Hola, i have 3 SWAN (used, maybe 14 years old) machines that bought and have used since 2010 to make aprox 43k of 12 and 8 oz. flower cups, the machines work great, clean, head covers replaced with acrylic, all greased up, no problems except for that i have to hold and put some pressure on the round lever on the right from the transmision to get the right quantity of ice, at first our shoulders hurt on very busy days, but i have seen new machines do it all by them selves, y have checked my machines to the best of my ability and see the brakes are worn about 3/8" from center of curv to vertical edge, on 1 machine the spring is not missing, wich is the one the screw goes in the most, 2 don't have one, the blades feel very, very sharp (never have change them), mi question is how can i do it so i can mold ice with both hands and not one on the cup and one on the lever?? and were can i find parts in USA, i live in Mexico border to US Arizona 85607 or a tel number i can call for help??? gracias.
