Hawaiian Snow Flavor General FAQ

Postby ShaveIce² » Tue Mar 10, 2009 2:20 am

All of our Hawaiian Snow brand of flavors are produced and formulated here in House in Hawaii. We normally do not make large batches, and flavors are made on a weekly basis. This is to ensure that when our customers receive our flavors, they are in their freshest possible form.
=====================================================================

Q.) What is the shelf life after I receive the flavors?
A.) All of our flavors have a shelf life of 1 year. Flavors in general do not spoil, however they will tend to lose taste over time.

Q.) I have received by flavor, but there seems to be something floating on the top and the colors look seperated, is it bad?
A.) Depending on flavor, this is completely normal. Certain flavors contain a mixture of artificial and natural ingedients. When flavors are left sitting for a period of time, the ingredients tend to separate and the flavor may look like it is spoiled. However rest assured that it is not spoiled, this is just a normal process with the heavier natural ingredient part of the flavor settling down. All you would to do is to shake well and
the colors will become even again. Flavors that commonly seperate are: Banana, Guava, Orange, Watermelon, Lemon, Lemon Lime, Passion Fruit, Passion Orange, Pineapple, and Li Hing Mui.

Who actually makes the Hawaiian Snow flavor? Does HTC/shaveicesupplies make it? It's your brand? or you're just the distributor?

I believe Hawaiian Snow is HTK's own in house brand. Last time I spoke to them, they told me they are the only people who make these flavors..so yea it is directly from them.
