Wow in San berdo County if you want to do events you have to pay the County $185 for each event if you have a booth or stand! What a joke! But if you have a trailerable business with 4 sinks and a water heater and waste water tank, you can pay an annual fee but it's so high!

Brian is that for a TFF (temporary food facility) or MFF (mobile food facility)? Generally, for a TFF i.e. canopy type set-up is when you have to pay the per event fee but if you get a trailer permitted, it's a one time annual fee.
