New to Shave ice, have a seafood shack I want to add to. www.faithsseafoodshack.com ... I have an Ice Machine, so I need a cube Shave Ice. I have alot of electricty ... need a dependable machine for high volume?

For cube shavers, I would recommend either the Hatsuyuki or Snowie brand. The Hatsuyuki brand may be more common and a bit cheaper in pricing, but in the end they shave similar results.
For supplies, I would check out www.shaveicesupplies.com. Working for the company that owns this site, that would be my only response.
For natural flavors, your best bet would be to make your own. Buying it outside can be really pricey, and unless you plan to charge quite a bit for a shave ice in your store, it won't be as cost effective.

I've had great results with the Snowie cube shaver, both the 1000 and the 3000 models. Super fast, and with the molded cap and flexible silicone guide, it really is efficient for filling up the cups.

I agree that the Hatsuyuki HC8E is a good option for high volume, especially because you can purchase a hopper. This allows you to reduce the amount of time you have to stop to refill your cubed ice...huge time saver!
