WOAH! that is impressive!!

Did you gut the thing and re-modeled everything from inside out? That clearly shows that anything with alittle TLC can look great :D

Best of luck to you this summer! It's going to get crazy for all of us!

Wow! That is real impressive! Looking at the first pic, i wouldnt have thought it was gonna turn out like that! I'm new to the business too. I keep getting conflicting responses as to how many "sinks" have to be in truck/rrailer??? It looks like you have 3, is that correct? Are you using a block/cube shaver and what made your decission? Thank you and best of luck to you and your wife!

That looks great. Wish I had you here to work on my trailer.. Lol.
@ Trish,, he has the new orleans style block shaver. They work great if you can get the rectangle blocks of ice for them or can purchase a block ice maker. I have one but can't get the ice blocks locally so I purchased a Hatsuyuki HF 500 to use instead. Its also a block shaver but uses round blocks instead of the rectangle blocks.

Do you want to sell your block shaver?? Send me a PM on how much if you do. I use rubber maid bread box's to freeze my own blocks. I hope to buy a Ice Block maker next year if things work out.
