Clear Ice is Ice that is produced by having absolutely zero impurities, air bubbles and any foreign particles when freezing it. Clear Ice is used mainly for ICE SCULPTURING.

Might I add that clear ice also takes longer to freeze than standard block ice and is usually not produced in large quantities. The process I believe involved slowing taking out the gases inside the ice using a tube over a period of time to produce the crystal clear appearance.
