Hello everyone I was looking to get back into business and decided to start a shaved ice business. When researching I decided to go mobile in which i have a little custom truck I built. I decided in the swan si-100e and ran my first trial yesterday and wow the snow was beautiful. It just disolves in your mouth. Im going to carry 26 flavors using a 40" double speed rail. The truck is aewsome and is equipped with a 5k power inverter which peaks at 10k.
