use those collapsible tables like at home depot. they're made for put a saw on it. those plastic Staples tables are not ideal.

At corporate events we sometimes direct people to the bar for "Secret Sauce". But we never ever pour it ourselves. Not worth it.

You don't need a trailer. We have one and a van but just use it to carry stuff. You can get an Amazon.com canopy with a bug screen for 150 bucks.
