i'm thinking of adding something new to my shave ice business. what will go better with shave ice? ice cream or yogurt?

I would say ice cream, however I have seen people use yogurt as well. Ice cream in my opinion mixes better with the shave ice flavoring. You could also try azuki beans and condense milk combo as well, which is one of my favorites!
