Hi,

Does anyone know any good custard recipe?
Or Is there any custard powder than can make the custard?

Thanks

Sorry, I didn't mention that it's for shave ice topping.

In New Zealand we use Edmonds Custard Powder - its an old and trusted brand and no home pantry would be complete without it. Delicious.

I found a link for you at an online NZ product store in Australia - They do international shipping....

I hope this helps

I buy instant custard at my local asian store. just boil milk and add pour the powder from the packet and chill. would be a decent flan, but not as good as the old ladies' flan at Ice Garden!
