Just let your mind go. We use coconut ice cream in the middle or bottom with the blue coconut. It goes over very well. When in doubt we allow vanilla to soften and add syrup flavor, mint chips, fruit, what ever...then roll back into a ball and pop back into the freezer. Your mind is your greatest asset...use it. You can add almond flavor to chocolate ice cream and cherry sno-ball with cream on top. Think of all the candy bars you know about. Make them into sno-balls.

Interesting..., guess I just been making the regular local style shave ice for the past 4 years

I sell mine in the clear cups.........so the folks can see the goodness, Man just posting this makes me want to go make one. We live in Arkansas and this is a big seller for us. One is strawberry and sweet cream and the other is peaches and sweet cream and ice cream at the bottom.
