For our local customers, we carry sugar free syrup. Made with either Splenda or low glycemic Agave honey. Our sugar free syrup are made to order, so please call in advance if you need it made. Thanks!

I think it would be the same ratio as sugar, but make sure you buy the granulated splenda intended for baking. I think the stuff for coffee is super fine and may not work the same. Try it out in a small batch, or just buy from Hawaiian Snow!

Sam's club here in Long Beach CA sell Splenda for baking (a huge bag of it!)....same measurement you use for sugar......for my quart bottles, I use 2.5 cups of splenda. From experience, the sugar-free syrups is sooo different in how it gets absorbed by the shave ice. When you eat sugar-free shave ice, the flavor seem to separate in your mouth....you can literally suck out the flavor from the ice and the ice gets somewhat crunchy unlike real (sugar) syrups that makes the ice softer and gets absorbed.
