Hi guys , I'm very new to the shaved Ice business. About two months ago I discovered "sno ice" or as some call it taiwanese shaved ice. It was very delicious and had a great texture. I have done some extent searching and have tried every way to search sno ice but can't seem to find much info on how to make the ice or when it can be pre made ordered from. I have found one place called Fruktsno.com but still haven't recieved a phone call or email back from the company.I am very intrested in this product and want to start up a sno ice business here in AZ. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think there was a post on Sno Ice awhile back. Perhaps you should ask one of the moderators, I think they would be familiar with the sources.

Yes.... there is a topic on this.....Under "Shave Ice Flavors and Toppings"....topic: Taiwanese Snow Ice.....yeah, Fruktsno would not answer my calls or emails either.....I end up giving up on this and focused on Shave Ice only....
