Are there any trade shows and/or conventions that are related to shave ice?

Subway oversold many markets, franchise owners weren't happy that there were competing Subways a block away.

A convention would be a great idea! I would go for sure. However I doubt there is enough market for a strictly shave ice convention, perhaps being attached to a concession equipment trade show might be more feasible. Maybe a food machinery trade show?
