Most ice from a store is usually compressed and doesn't work for a block ice machine. Make sure whatever source that you use is solid not compressed.

Aloha everybody, finally got my fujimarca and truck just about finished painting ! Boy, so much work just to get up and running. We had to go thru all kind of struggles and regs but the day soon will be here ! Our very first outing is a function near where we live. So excited ! Finally got my ice blocks to freeze with no cracks unreal ! Wish me luck : ) Aloha from Maui

Did you have reg trouble in that the Fujimarca's aren't NSF approved? The HD was okay with it?

Oh my God, I cant believe it my mobile business was a Big Success! A dream come true fujimarca was awesome no problems with Health Department. The raves for how fine My shave ice was,was a positive sign for me and my crew. So happy! Aloha : )
