2 New Fujimarca Models (708 and 709S)

Postby ShaveIceSupply » Wed Feb 01, 2012 9:00 pm

We are happy to introduce 2 new models of shave ice machine for our Fujimarca line up. The newest models are the Fujimarca 708 and the Fujimarca 709S. Both of these models are entry level shave ice machines for low to mid range production. Here is a brief description as to the differences between the the new models and the Fujimarca SE:

Fujimarca 708

The Fujimarca 708 is our most entry level commercial shaver. This machine is good for mobile operations and could be used as a back up machine in the event that your main machine fails. The Fujimarca 708 is gear driven, and runs a bit slower than that of the Fujimarca 709S. This machine is very easy to maintain and service and could operate for years without much down time. Unlike the 709SE, this machines blade adjustment is controlled by two balancing screws, very much alike the Fujimarca MC 711 manual shaver. This would mean that the blade is not meant for constant adjusting, but rather a set setting. In terms of shave ice texture, the most comparable would be either a Hatsuyuki cube shaver or the Fujimarca manual shaver.

The Fujimarca 709S would be our mid range level commercial shaver. This machine shares the same body and many parts to that of the Fujimarca 709SE. The Fujimarca 709 shares the same motor as the 708, however it is not the heavy duty motor that is found on the 709SE. Aside from motor difference, the only other major difference between the Fujimarca 709 S and the 709 SE is the blade adjustment. The 709SE has a knob adjustment to the left of the machine, which helps fine tune your shaving texture. The 709 S's blade adjustment is similar to that of a manual machine, where you have to balance two screws in order.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Major differences between the Fujimarca 708/709S and the Fujimarca 709SE

1.) Motor (Fujimarca 709SE uses a heavier duty motor than the 708/709S)
2.) Blade adjustment (709SE blade adjustment is knob controlled)
3.) Paint (709SE uses sand blasted paint, 708/709S is dipped paint)
4.) Shield guard (709SE uses a sturdier and higher ice guard)
5.) Gear assembly (709SE uses a user friendly tension adjuster)
6.) Blade (709SE uses a higher quality blade)
