Kianaki,
The folks at SnoShack may be able to provide you with a video (I am not sure).
What I do know is that the their machines provide a very fine snow that is like
pudding when you eat it. That is, it truly melts away on your tongue.

Yes, they are a bit pricy at $4,500.00 each; but when I can go through 100 twelve-pound
blocks of ice in a day without any machine trouble they are worth it to me.

Shaveicelove,
I realize that you can cut down a store-bought block of ice to fit the Swan shavers, but seriously -who
has time for that?
At the fairs where we operate, we typically receive 70-100 full-sized 12 pound blocks of ice per day.
I could not imagine having to open each sealed bag of ice and tinker with every block that the ice company
delivers to us.
