I am new to this and i am wondering if the little snowie would work if i am serving 100 people a day all summer long.i saw the snowie 1000 but it is a little expensive.

The Snowie 1000 should serve your purpose.

I under stand that the snowie 1000 will work but i am looking for something for about 500-700 not 1500 and i was wondering if the littlee snowie could be a commerical machine. or is it a strickly home use machine.

If u r going to do that many u need a commercial grade machine

The snowie is a shave ice machine, the out put is similar to that of those japanese cube ice shavers. Not too sure what you mean by "flake" ice.
