Can anyone give me any advice on getting some surface rust off of a Fujimarca? I just bought a used machine that's in good condition. The only problems I see is surface rust. I would like to get the rust off now before it gets worse. Also is there touch up paint I can buy for this machine or am I being a bit too obsessive?

Use steel wool to remove rust. Touching up paint is good too because it inhibits rust. Matching the color might be an issue though, even if somehow you got ahold of the original paint, it wouldnt match most likely unless the machine is near new -- and it doesn't sound like a new machine.
