If you are looking at that price range, I would recommend the Fujimarca mc 708 instead :

Similar machine, but you got the reliability of the Fujimarca brand as well as the knowledge and support. For the thunder brand...never heard of it, going to have a hard time finding parts. On the plus side, the 708 is also cheaper!
