I am a little biased since I work at shaveicesupplies.com, but www.shaveicesupplies.com right now has the cheapest price for cups as well as free ground shipping. One thing I can say about HTK is their turn around on orders. They are SUPER QUICK!...Since my very first order, I get em within a few days. Any change in your order? EASY!...just call them before they ship out your order and they will make the adjustments ASAP! They always answer their phones (within business hours).

Another plus is (I found out) that they now have a distribution center here in California (City of Industry). Which makes it even faster! Even for you Chris. For me and other SoCal customers, we can actually order and request for "will call" pick up to cut down on shipping expense. Lucky for me =)

I took advantage last year of their sale on flower cups....They do have great cups!

On the side note, we do accept will calls for cups and supplies for will call pick up in our City of Industry distribution location. If you happen to be in So Cal and your order doesn't meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, we could arrange for pick up on weekdays. This will only work for online orders. Leave a comment saying that you want this on hold for will call and we will manually deduct your shipping and give you a time frame as to when it will be ready.

Awesome... City of Industry, 30 minute drive..YESSSSSSS! TY GOD(?)

I called the Hawaii office last week to confirm that I could will call in City of Industry, she said yes. I was very excited to go get my supplies today but when I called for directions KIKI said I misunderstood and will call service is not available in California. I reffered her to this post; she said she'd call me back in 15 mins.....that was an hour ago. Now there is no answer in Hawaii either. Really disappointed, I have wasted a day for nothing!!! Very unprofessional!

I asked about flower cups over 1 month ago on this forum and also by email with no response! I had a pretty good size order ready to go but I guess with this kind of customer service I will take my business elsewhere.

In regards to CarbonBeach, I have promptly talked to the customer reps regarding this incident. I was told by our office manager that he has called you for a follow up and to schedule the will call, however you told him you were going to call him back, but didn't. We would be more than happy to accommodate your request if you could call us back.
