anyone using the large flower cups? if so, are you using them with or without paper cone cups? how are they working out? i'm considering offering all three sizes but i'd like a little advice on how well they're working out for you guys. thanks in advance!

I have tried to carry the large flower cups. I do use them with the paper cone cups. The reason I prefer it this way is the amount of ice I need to use to make a shave ice, which will require me to use less syrups to cover the shave ice. Resulting in a lower cost of production. You can also try sell your customers that as an add on if you wish.

I believe Matsumoto's in Hawaii use the same method: cone in the flower cup.

How small are the small flower cups? I figured I could put lots of snow in a small and offer it as a regular.

I believe they are 8 oz cups......I only use these flower cups in catering private parties. I use 8 oz foam cups at the farmer's market, fundraisers, etc...
