Hello,

I am new to the ice shaving business and I am having trouble with my Hatsuyuki HF-500E machine. The rubber foot keeps getting caught in the moving parts, twisting around the shaft and shredding. Can someone tell me what I can do to prevent it from happening? Can I just remove the rubber foot altogether and still operate the machine safely?

I really do not think it has any performance differences if you took it off, i mean i think it just a preventative measure in getting any grease on to the ice and all. But who knows..did you give it a test?
