HELP PLEASE, we just opened our brand new Swan SI-100e block shave ice machine and we turned it on for the first time and the shaft is only spinning up it will not keep pressure on the ice block it is turning counter clockwise..argh am I missing something here? We were planning a practice day tomorrow so any advice would be great appreciated.
