(They are also willing to talk stories. Randi spent 30 min comforting me after my cat died. It was only my second time speaking to her and it had nothing to do with shave ice.) They are extremely knowledgeable with this industry!!
• They have speedy shipping & handling. I can place an order at 9:00 am; get a tracking number by 10:00 and see my order on the way by 5:00 pm...all on the same day. Shipping is also free for orders over $99.
• They are constantly creating and bringing new ideas: new flavors; new banner and poster designs; new cup designs… There is always something new.
• They have a good selection of flavors and most of them are pretty good. With the summer discount and free shipping, the cost is very competitive.
• They WILL walk you through machine service step by step!
• I am always satisfied with my order in the end. If you have any issues, just give them a call and they will take care of it. Unsatisfied with flavors or products; damaged order; missing items…call them and they are handle it right away.
• More importantly, I feel appreciated as a customer. They send Christmas gift baskets/cards and handwritten Thank You cards.
