With the costs of racks relatively pricey, I decided to fabricate my own to use on my trailer. I used metal roof flashing that can be bought at THD or Lowes. The piece measures 4'W x 5"H x 10' L. Use snips and cut to the length you require. Put the 2 pieces together and it creates a U shape but the bottom is flat. I used JB Weld to secure them together. For the ends, I put in a 4 inch screw with a nut. This keeps the bottles in place.
They really came out nice, saved me a few hundred $$$. Materials were $12 each for the flashing, snips $11, screws a few dollars and the JB Weld $6.

Clean install, plus it lasts a life time! Thanks for the pictures!
