What are the differences between HTK Hawaii and others?

Google is coming up with lots of sponsor links if you google "shave ice." There are so many companies out there that seem to be selling the same stuff but with a different name. I really want to know that I'm making the right choice here.

Not trying to promote any company here, but HTK does have really service and support. Their products may cost a bit more than those other places online, but trust me...when there is something wrong with the machine or an order, they promptly helped me and provided me a detailed walk though on how to fix my machine. Kim, the sales lady there is a real helper. Thanks Kim!
